Use of the Website does not create a recruitment agency relationship with you unless and until a separate written agreement is entered into.

2. Definitions

Candidate means any individual who uses the Website to search for roles, submit an application, upload a CV, create a profile, or otherwise engage with recruitment activity.

Client means any organisation or individual seeking to recruit, advertise vacancies, or procure recruitment services.

If you are a Candidate, you agree that:

Right to work and verification: you may be asked to provide proof of identity, qualifications, references, and right to work. We may share such information with Clients or third parties where necessary and lawful, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applications: submitting an application through the Website does not guarantee an interview or employment. Decisions on hiring are made by Clients.

Suitability: you are responsible for assessing role suitability and for ensuring that any information you provide does not breach confidentiality obligations owed to current or former employers.

Sensitive information: unless specifically requested, do not include special category data (for example, health data) in your CV or messages. If you do, you acknowledge that such data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Client specific terms
If you are a Client, you agree that:

Vacancy information: any vacancy details you submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory, and must comply with all applicable employment and equality laws.

Authority: you have authority to advertise vacancies and to provide the vacancy information you submit.

No circumvention (where applicable): if you engage our recruitment services in connection with a Candidate introduced by us, separate contractual terms (for example, a client service agreement) may apply, including fees and restrictions on direct hiring outside agreed terms.

Due diligence: you remain responsible for conducting appropriate checks (including right to work, references, qualification verification, and suitability assessments) and for complying with all obligations as an employer or engager.
8. User Content, submissions, and licences
When you submit User Content, you:

confirm you own the content or have the necessary rights to submit it

confirm it is accurate (where factual), lawful, and not misleading

grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and share your User Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Website and delivering the Services (including sharing with Clients and relevant third parties), subject to our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your CV or personal information, but we need the above licence to operate the Website and provide recruitment services.
We may remove or disable access to any User Content if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its Content (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Saffron Vanilla Co Ltd. You may print or download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify them and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
You must not:

Where we are liable to you for any loss arising out of or in connection with the Website, our total liability will be limited to a reasonable amount reflecting the nature of the Website as a free information and interaction service, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
14. Security and account integrity
If the Website offers account creation, you must keep login credentials confidential and not share access. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect unauthorised access, fraud, or misuse.
